Sylvie moved to Tweed Heads in 2017 after completing her Doctor of Medicine at The University of Sydney. As part of her medical training, Sylvie worked in remote communities in Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, and with the Royal Flying Doctors in Broken Hill. Sylvie also completed an elective placement in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

 As a GP, Sylvie has done extended training, completing the RANZCOG Certificate of Women’s Health, the Sydney Child Health Program and the Australian Skin Cancer College Certificate of Dermoscopy.

Since 2023, Sylvie has been supporting Veterans in completing thorough and detailed medical assessments for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

 Sylvie enjoys all aspects of general practice. Her special interests include;

• Skin Cancer Medicine

• Veteran’s Health

 In her spare time Sylvie enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family, gardening and bike riding.
